Local Music Reviews

In 2022, we want to add a new section to the website featuring artists and bands from the Carolinas who are releasing new music on vinyl. Our goal is to partner with other websites, blogs and reviewers in the Carolinas as well as with local record labels and distributors as well as record stores to help make this happen. 

We want to do all we can to promote local music and record releases from Carolina artists are we’re excited to add this content to our website and social media in the coming months.

Be A Reviewer!

If you are involved with, or a contributing writer for a website, blog or social media influencer already creating content around the local music scene in NC/SC, get in touch and let’s see how we can collaborate. 

If you’re a fan of the local music scene in your area of the Carolinas and want to become a volunteer reviewer, let us know! We hope to get folks involved from all the main metro areas of North and South Carolina. You don’t have to be a professional writer, just be willing to come up with some informative content in your review based on the vinyl pressing and the music/artist!  We’ll be there to help work with you! 

Existing Review Sites, Podcasters, YouTubers

We’d like to see this allow us to become a “Hub” of sorts where we can cross-promote and work with existing, established websites, podcasts, and YouTube channels based in the Carolinas.

NC/SC Record Labels/Distributors

Get in touch with us so we can include your information here on the website in our business directory, and please add us to your press release and email list(s). 

We’re looking to work with you as well as local record stores that sell your releases. Any releases we review/feature on the website will include a full block with information on your company and all pertinent links and additional information you provide us for inclusion.

NC/SC Record Stores

Our hope is that we can work with at least one store in each metro market in the Carolinas on the local music reviews section we’ll be building. 

For stores that work with us and help provide vinyl for review, each review/feature article will include a full block advertising the store providing the material as well as links to purchase the title(s) directly from the store (if available) as well as any additional links/information the store provides for inclusion.
